Compliant by design. Replanned in seconds.
Dubai records around 400,000 truck journeys a day, and new heavy-vehicle restrictions apply since 1 October 2026. Pangents turns those rules into a planner that checks every movement before departure and replans the whole fleet when a road closes.
Three minutes, start to finish
A message arrives
A customer sends a booking by WhatsApp in Arabic. Pangents Logistics LM reads it, extracts the order, and asks for what is missing, in Arabic.
The rules check it
The planner checks the route against the heavy-vehicle restrictions in force since 1 October 2026, road by road and hour by hour, and proposes a compliant departure or reroute.
A road closes
An incident closes Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. Every affected movement is re-evaluated in seconds: reroute via Emirates Road, hold at an RTA rest area, or divert a warming reefer to a cold store.
A person approves
The operator sees the original plan beside the proposed one, with the rule it cites, and approves from a tablet. Driver and customer are notified in their own language.
Rules, not guesses
RTA restrictions encoded as data with the source cited on every decision. The language model never decides whether a truck may move.
Four languages in, four languages out
English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, including the mixed-script messages drivers actually send.
Cold chain aware
Reefer temperature, Dubai Municipality limits and cold-life computed per load. A hold is only proposed if the cargo survives it.
Runs on your premises
The whole system, model included, runs on a single machine with no internet. Customer and permit data never leave the UAE.
Restriction data derived from the RTA and Dubai Police announcement effective 1 October 2026 as reported by Gulf News and Khaleej Times; rest areas per RTA, April 2026. Demonstration data; not connected to RTA systems.
See it at UAE Innovation Month
